The staff was very helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them, even with many requests. they were very friendly and always smiling, always nice. the location is also super convenient. Everything felt very close by.
The soundproofing could have been slightly better. I did hear a bit of street noise at times.

the breakfast offers fresh produce and fruits daily. i did see they had omelets made to order. delicious coffee was always available. the breakfast area was kept very clean and tidy.

The room had ample space for luggage. I did not feel cramped at all. the bathroom included counterspace and a rainfall shower. it was nice that the room included two separate sinks. the outdoor seating on private balcony was great.

the staff was helpful and cute. breakfast included many choices. bottled water was complimentary, which i found convenient for day outings. the location was superb with shops nearby.
access by car is difficult so i had to manage luggage on the cobbled streets upon arrival.
